slices Green chilli pickle

Ingrediants:
250gm: green chilli
2tbsp: fennel seeds (सौफ़)
4tbsp: split mustard seeds
1tbsp: whole black pepper
1tsp: turmeric powder
Salt to taste
½:cup: mustard oil ( or any cooking oil)
Pre preparation:
Chop green chillies into slices, heat oil and let it cooldown
Method:
• Take one bowl mix all dry ingrediants, add oil and mix well
• Add green chillies and mix well
• Leave it for 1day then store in jar( fridge it)
• Serve with roti, parathas..enjoy……
