Healthy Street Food Sandwich recipe:
Ingredients:
Sandwich bread slices - 2 nos
Beetroot, boiled & sliced - 1 no
Potatoes, boiled & sliced - 1 no
Tomato, sliced - 1 no
Cucumber, sliced - 1 no
Carrot, grated - 2 tbsp
Green Chutney - 2 tbsp
Directions:
- Take a sandwich bread slice and on the top of it place the beetroot slices, potato slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices and grated carrot.
- Apply mint chutney on the other bread slice and put this on the top of the vegetable bread.
- Cut into desired shape and serve
