Cut Mirchi Masala

Preparation time = 10 mins
Serves = 3-4
Calories = Approx 130 / Serving
 You can make this recipe making fresh bajji or you can also use the left over bajji.

INGREDIENTS-
3-4 Mirapakaya bajji / Stuffed Hot pepper fritters
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Lemon
Oil for deep frying
1/2 Cup Cilantro
Chaat masala (As needed)

PREPARATION-
1. Cut the mirapakaya bajji/ mirchi into pieces.
2. In a pan heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the cut mirchi. Drain on a paper towel.
3. Take the fried cut mirchi into a bowl, add onions, lemon juice, cilantro and toss them together.
4. Take the cut mirchi masala into a plate and serve with chaat masala.
