Sprouted Moong Bade - A Delicious Mung Sprout Fritters

Sproted moong bade
delicious and nutritious fritters that are perfect for a monsoon summer evening with friends. In the evening, when you need something along with a hot cup of tea, these mung bades can be served with Coriander chutney as a appetizing snack.
Ingredients
cup sprouted green Moong (fresh)
1 Tablespoon Besan (gram flour)
1 cup chopped Spring Onion
1 tablespoon chopped Green Chili
garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon chopped Ginger 
1/4 teaspoon Asafetida
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method
Keep 1 tablespoon Sprouted Moong aside and Grind remaining Spouted moong with garlic cloves and ginger into a coarse mixture (adding no water)
Transfer to the sprouted mixture to a large bowl, add in the remaining sprouts and the rest of the ingredients (except the oil for deep frying) and mix well to combine.
Preheat the oil for deep frying. Once the oil is heated well enough, add spoonfulls of batter into the frying pan (about 5 at a time, depending on how large your pan is). Try not to over crowd the pan.
Fry the fritters on medium heat until browed and crispy. They are crispy outside and soft inside. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
