boiled rice( or noodles 3 cups),
imli paste or water acc to taste,
boiled potatoes (1/2 cup),
cut cabbage(raw 1 cup)
dislike

INGREDIENTS

oil(for frying),
red chillies(acc. to taste),
spring (onions 1 cup),
peanuts 1/4 cup roasted and broken into big pcs),
fried golden brown onions(1/2 cup),
ajino moto(1/4 tsp),
salt to taste
 fried garlic pieces.
roasted besan
,turmeric powder(1/2 tsp).
coriander leaves.

METHOD

in a big bowl,put rice or noodles.keep it aside.In 1 katori put garlic,pinch of salt and red chillies.
 And in another put turmeric.keep it aside.Take asmall wok ,pour some oil in it. warm it.
pour this on turmeric and garlic. Now,add all d ingredients along with prepared masala of garlic and turmeric on rice.
Mix well.garnish with coriander leaves and peanuts. store in an airtight container.serve cold.
 note:can be served as full meal with egg curry,or cabbage -tomato-garlic soup or served as a snack at tea-time.
( also can add lemon juice)
