Yuumy Cutlet
Daal
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup leftover daal (any), 1 cup poha, 1 boiled potato , 1chopped green chilli , 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves , 1 teaspoon garlic paste , 1 teaspoon ginger paste , 2 tablespoon wheat flour , 1 teaspoon chaat masala , 1 teaspoon dry mango powder , salt to taste , oil for frying
METHOD
Wash Poha and keep it aside to dry . Take daal and other ingredients and poha and mix it . Now make cutlet like shape and fry it in hot oil . Serve hot with chutney or dip .
