Snacking with Curd Rings
leftover sour curd

INGREDIENTS

cup rice flour
 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
 1 tbsp chopped coriander
 2 cups sour curds
 1 tbsp ghee oil for frying salt to taste

METHOD

Take a thick vessel. add sour curds , ghee , green chilli paste and salt. allow it to boil. Add rice flour. lower the flame. Boil it for 15 minutes. Mix properly. make small balls out of it. roll like rings. Deep fry in hot oil till it accquires a golden colour.
