Roti Pizza

Roti Pizza
Leftover ingredient - Roti/Chapatti
Nutritive valueEnergy - 235kcal, Protein - 9.8gm, Fat - 11.6gm 

INGREDIENTS

Leftover roti/ chapatti- 2-3
Bell peppers (green, yellow, red) - ½ Tropical TwinBaby corn - 4-5
Green olives - 5-6
Cherry tomatoes - 3-4
Mozzarella cheese for topping
Pizza sauce - ½ Tropical TwinOil – 1tbsp

METHOD

Chop bell peppers, babycorn and cherry tomatoes in Tupperware Smart Chopper and keep aside.
Sauté the chopped vegetables in Ultimo Chef series Pan for a minute or till slightly tender.
Grate mozzarella cheese with Tupperware Grater.
Spread pizza sauce over the chapatti. Top with the sauté vegetables, olives and grated cheese.
Bake in hot oven at 150 C for about 10-12 minutes or till the cheese has melted.
Serve hot.
Variations - add different toppings like cottage cheese (paneer), mushrooms, corn, pineapple to your roti pizza.
