Chicken Noorani

INGREDIENTS

chicken- 1kg
onion (medium sized) - 4-5
lemon- 2
black pepper- 20-25
curd- 250gm
green chilli- 2-3 pieces
red chilli (dry)- 2-3 pieces
garlic- 20-25 (nag)
milk- 2 cup
salt- according to taste
refined oil/ ghee- 3-4 table spoon
coriander and mint- 1-1 small bowl each.

METHOD

Marinat
After washing, take chicken and put it in a bowl. Add lemon juice in it and add a paste of black pepper and garlic then add some salt ( according to your taste) in it. Mix all of them properly with your hands. put bowl inside fridge for 2-3 hours.
Steps to prepare dish
1. Take a kadhai, put refined oil/ ghee in it and leave heating.
2. Put small pieces of onion and fry till i turns light brown.
3. Put marinatted chicken in the kadhai and fry it for 20-25 min.
4. Make a paste of mint, coriander and curd then put it in the kadhai.
5. Add crushed dry red and green chilli. and fry the chicken.
6. when your chicken is cooked, add milk and mix it properly.
7. left your chicken for soaking for sometime.
8. Your dish is ready, serve hot with nuns or chappati.
