INGREDIENTS
FOR THE GRAVY-TOMATO PUREE,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,ONION,SOYA RED CHILLE PWD, SAUCE,TOMATO SAUCE, SALT FOR THE BATTER - MAIDA CORN FLOUR,RICE FLOUR AND WATER.

METHOD

FIRST BLEND AND MAKE THE GRAVY, THEN MAKE A BATTER BY MIXING All the INGREDIENTS AND THEN DIP THE PIECES OF IDLY IN THE BATTER AND DEEP FRY .THEN TAKE SOME OIL IN A PAN ADD THE CHOPPED ONIONS AND THEN ADD THE GRAVY AND THEN ADD THE FRIED IDLY AND SALT. THEN SERVE IT WITH SOME FINELY CHOPPED SPRING ONION ON TOP WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
