INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS bread : 2 slices gulkand: 4 tsp/2 -3 pan curd :1 cup red chilli powder:1/4 tsp cumin powder: 1/2 tsp(boona jeera powder) salt to taste 1 green chili finely chopped green coriander for garnishing 1/2 bowl water

METHOD

METHOD Beat the curd finely and put it in a bowl. Add salt& green chili. take bread cut its edge,divide into into 2 parts. take the 1 piece dip in water , then press it, so that all excess water comes out , in its centre put 1 tsp of gulkand, and finely chopped pan patta then make round balls.repeat the same. keep the balls into refrigrator for 15 mn min. then put the balls in the beaten curd ,spriinkle cumin powder, red chili powder, garnish it with corainder leaves and seve the dahi bada.
