INGREDIENTS

Jam- to spread on the bread,
 Custard powder- 2 tspn,
 Milk- 2 cupSugar- to taste,
 jelly crystals to garnish,
 pineapple pieces- 2 tsp,
 nuts- 1-2 tspn

METHOD

1. Good amount of jam is spread on both sides of bread and set the bread in pudding dish.
 2. Prepare custard by mixing custard powder in milk and sugar is added according to taste. (this step can be substituted wid caramel pudding mix )
 3. Pour Custard / Caramel on top of the bread. Allow it to cool and then refrigerate for 2- 3 hrs.. Add jelly crystals, pineapple pieces, and nuts while serving
