Potato peel Parwal peel Lauki peel

INGREDIENTS

Either potato peel or parwal peel or lauki peel or everything together.

METHOD

We generally throw away the peels.Cut the ingredients finely.Boil for some time.Heat oil.Add black cumin seed.Add the peels.Fry on lowflame for some time.This could be eaten .And with added flavour, add half pasted poppy seed or mustard seed and
 fry well. Add salt as per taste.
