Chole Balls

Chole Balls
Left over chole left over sides of bread slices

INGREDIENTS

cup Left over chole 2 Left over sides of bread slices 1 medium sized onion, chopped fine 2 green chillies, chopped fine a handful of coriander leaves, chopped juice of half a lemon 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon garam masala powder salt to taste 4 tablespoon of besan 2 tablespoon ghee

METHOD

Grind chole to a paste.To the paste of chanas, add chopped onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt to the paste. Grind left over sides of bread slices and mix them in the chole paste. Mix by hand and roll into small balls. In a separate bowl, make a mixture of besan with water. Now, dip Chole balls in mixture of besan Take a tawa, shallow fry in hot ghee till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
