INGREDIENTS
Boiled rice- 1 Tropical Twin
Onion- 1 no
Yellow capsicum
Red capsicum
Green capsicum
Peas- ½ tropical twin
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Green chilli-1 no
Salt to taste
Oil-2tbsp

METHOD
Chop onion, green chilli, red, yellow and green capsicum in Tupperware Smart Chopper and keep aside.
Heat oil in Tupperware Chef Series Wok, add the chopped vegetables, peas and cook covered on medium heat till slightly tender. Add red chilli powder and mix well.
Add the boiled rice stored in Cool ‘n’ Fresh , salt and mix well.
Serve hot.
