Vegetable and poha Cutlets

cooking time- 10 min
INGREDIENTS
salt according to taste red chilli powder coriander powder-freshly coarsed(preferred) oil to fry.
METHOD
Mix leftover poha with the leftover vegetables, try to mash the entire batter with hand, add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder to it. make oval shape cutlets. deep fry them in the oil, serve with sauce. you can decorate with ring onions too.
