palak ki kadi
lassi,cutpalak vegetable,

INGREDIENTS

left over lassi 1 glass,keptin ss bowl 1litre, left over palak was kept in buddy bowl,salt,pinch haldi&jeera, 2 drops of fortune rice brand oilor pure amul ghee 2 drop melt it,,1 green chilli,1/2 spoon besan,half spoon rice soak it in water,i used indiagate basmati rice,quickchef

METHOD

Take quickchef put lassi sait,haldi pinck, cut green chilli, besan,blend it nicely take ultmio chef series frying pan, put ghee 2 drop,putjeera then put lassi stir itwith sevring spoon, then put soak ricefrom torpical,stir it on slow gas when it start boiling the rice is cooked then put palak boil it when it get thick off the gas serve it with roti or tandoori roti
