INGREDIENTS
Sprouts (Salad/Soaked) Dosa batter Salt Oil
METHOD
1. Wash the sprout salad to remove any dressing. 2. Heat 1spoon oil, and light fry the sprouts. 3. Head 1spoon oil in tawa 4. Mix and little salt with dosa batter and whip it. 5. Pour the dosa batter and make a slightly thick dosa. 6. Sprinkle the tossed sprouts over the dosa. 7. Cook till the bottom layer is crunchy. 8.Fold into half and serve
