METHOD
1. CUT EACH BREAD INTO 4 SQUARE PIECES.
2. HEAT OIL IN KADHAI,ADD RAI,CURRY LEAVES AND HALDI,SAUTE FOR 30 SECONDS, ADD BREAD PIECES,MIX,ADD SALT
AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY TILL THE BREAD TURN IN GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR.
3. ARRANGE IN PLATE,GARNISH WITH SCRAPPED COCONUT AND CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY.
