fodni bhaat

fodni bhaat
boiled rice overnight, leftover curry (optional)

INGREDIENTS

rai seeds, curry pata, jeera, 1 cup chopped onion, groundnuts, salt to taste, green chillies as reqd.

METHOD

first take a kadai & put 2 spoons oil, rai seeds, jeera, curry pata, green chillies & fry for 1 min then put chopped onions, groundnuts & fry till brown. add chopped tomato if reqd. after fry put some salt & mix d leftover rice into it & mix well. put a tinch of sugar also. fodni bhaat is ready to serve. u can add d leftover curry (optional) for masala taste.
