Left over rotis

INGREDIENTS

2 left over rotis 1 egg 1 green chillies finely chopped few coriander leaves finely chopped 1 onion finely chopped salt as per taste 1 tablespoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon red chilli powder oil for frying

METHOD

Take a bowl and beat egg and add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder as per taste and beat it well. Keep it aside. Now, take afrying pan and add 1 tablespoon oil and spread it well. Add onion and green chillies and stir fry it well. Then add coriander leaves and mix ti well and cook for other 3-4 minutes. Now, place rotis over it and let it cook for 1 minute from both sides. Now add beaten egg such that it covers the roti all over it and then turn the roti and pour the remaining beaten egg mixture. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and turn it over and its ready to be served.
