Poha Veg Cutlet

INGREDIENTS

Beaten Rice Poha
Potatoes boiled and mashed
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 
mustard seeds (Rai/sarson)
onion finely chopped, chilli powder
green chilles finely chopped
turmeric powder (haldi)

METHOD

Step 1 - Soak poha for five minutes in sufficient water  Drain out excess water In a pan heat oil add cumin and mustard seeds  When they crackle add onions maida and roast for 2 to 4 mins.
Step 2 - Add red chilly powder haldi green chilly vegetables boiled and mix well Transfer mixture in bowl and let it cool for some time Add poha mashed potatoes salt dhania nuts and lemon juice mix well
Step 3 - Divide mixture into small portions shape each into a cutlet. Shallow or Deep fry cutlets until brown.
