Venna Undalu

Venna Undalu: Rice flour : 250 gms Butter : 200 gms Jaggary (brown sugar) : 250 gms Ghee : 250 ml

:Venna Undalu
To make venna undalu mix the butter and rice flour throughly and add little ghee. Once flour becomes smooth, prepare small rounded balls. Mean while take a vessel and put the jaggery and water and boil it until it forms a thick jelly and keep it a side. And now take the rice flour balls and fry in ghee until it turns deep brown. And then add the balls to the jaggery jelly.
Delicious venna undalu ready.
