Blueberry Crisp

Blueberry Crisp 
(For Microwave Cooking)
Use your Large Deep Rock ‘N Serve

1 Cup Flour 1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Brown Sugar ½ Cup Margarine
1 Tsp. Cinnamon 4 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
½ Tsp. Salt ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar

Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and oatmeal in Large Deep Rock ‘N Serve. Cut in
margarine with pastry blender until crumbly. Microwave, uncovered on high power for 4 – 5 minutes or until
mixture begins to turn a golden brown. Stir after each minute. Transfer to another bowl and Set aside to cool
(topping will become crunch when cooled)

Place blueberries in your Large Deep Rock ‘N Serve and sprikle with powdered sugar. Place crumb
topping over the blueberries and microwave, uncovered on high power for 5 – 8 minutes or until blueberries are
heat through. (Fresh blueberries will take the minimum time to heat through)

Makes 6 – 8 Servings.
