Bread Chaat of leftover bread piece and black channa

INGREDIENTS

Bread pieces- 2 
Black Chana - 1/2 cup 
Curd- 1/2 cup 
Tamarind Chutney or lemon - as neededas per taste 
Green Chutney - as needed Roasted
 Cumin Powder - to sprinkle 
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder - to sprinkle 
1/4 tsp Chaat masala - to sprinkle 
1/2 tsp Boiled Potato - 
1 Onions - 
handful Tomato -
 handful Sev or Bhoondhi - 
1/2 cup Corriender leaves - for garnishing

METHOD

Preparation Steps 1. Cook the leftover black chana in a pan until it will left with semi thick gravy.
 2.The bread pieces should be crispy for the chaat to taste good. So toast the bread before making the chaat.
 3. Chop the onions, tomatoes, cilantro and potato and keep it ready. 
4. Beat the curd with little salt and little sugar. 
5. Prepare the green chutney and tamarind chutney. 
Method 1. Arrange 2 pieces of bread in a serving dish
2. Pour some black channa with tick gravy over the top.
 3. Top it with some boiled potato cubes, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes 
4. Pour little tamarind chutney/lemon and green chutney. 
5. Pour the beaten curd over that. 
6. Sprinkle some red chilly powder, cumin powder and chaat masala over the curd. 
7. Finally sprinkle sev and/or boondhi and chopped coriander leaves on top and serve immediately.
 Serve this as an appetizer or as an evening snack.
