Fresh Peach Crisp

Fresh Peach Crisp 
(For Microwave Cooking)
Use your Large Deep Rock ‘N Serve

6 Fresh Peaches 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Grated Lemon Rind ½ Cup Butter
¾ Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Flour
¾ Cup Rolled Oats ¼ Tsp. Nutmeg

Peel, pit and slice peaches. Sprinkle with lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Place in your Large Deep
Rock ‘N Serve.

In a your Medium Deep Rock ‘N Serve soften butter in microwave (15 – 20 seconds on high power).
Add in brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, nutmeg and thoroughly combine. Lightly pat your crumb mixture on top
of peaches. Microwave on high power, uncovered for 6 – 7 minutes or until peaches are cooked an topping is
no longer doughy.

Serve plain or with ice cream.

Hint: One average lemon should yield about ¼ cup juice and 2 tsp. Grated lemon rind.
