rice pakora

rice pakora
leftover rice-1 cup

INGREDIENTS

urad dal sokaed-1 cup,
 water-1 cup, 
mustard oil for frying and tadka,
 bay leaves-1, 
red chili-1, 
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, 
red chilli powder-1/2 tsp, 
jeera, 
jeera and dhania powder- 1tsp each,
 salt to taste, 
sugar a little, 
tamarind juice-1/2 cup

METHOD

For the pakoras: Paste the urad dal, mash the bolied rice mix them together. now add green chillies, 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder little salt. make small balls out of them and deep fry, a little golden brown.
 For the tadka: Heat the kadai. pour a little oil. now add bay leaves , red chili, jeera. then pour rest of the masalas, tamarind juice. 
its time when you add all the pakoras, 1 cup water salt to taste and little sugar. let it cook for 3-4 mins with close lid.
 now serve with cold rice.
