Lauki /doohi or turai / ridge gourd any one when the upper skin which we throw in the dustbin so

INGREDIENTS

Left over skin of doohi or turai . 
Oil ,
salt ,
green chilly,
emli, 
haldi powder, 
zeera , 
curry patta , 
rai ,
 garlic

METHOD

Take a pan add the left over skin of doohi or turai. Little oil ,green chilly , emli , haldi powder a pinch ,zeera , 
curry patta and salt yo taste..
 Cook it for 10 minute . Cool it then grind it . 
Bhagar it with 1 spoon oil , zeera , rai , curru patta , garlic . Mix the paste with this bhagar . Serve it with khichadi
