Rice Fritters/pakodi
Leftover ingredient - Rice       
Nutritive value: Energy - 212kcal, Fat - 7.3gm, Protein - 4.5gm 

INGREDIENTS

Boiled Rice (stored in Cool ‘n’ Fresh)- 1 Tropical Twin 
Rice flour -1/4 Tropical Twin 
Besan -1/4 Tropical Twin 
Green chilli -1 
Salt -1tsp 
Green coriander (chopped) - 1tbsp 
Chaat masala
Oil for pan frying

METHOD

Mash rice and mix with rice flour, besan, salt, green chilli, coriander leaves to make a thick batter. Shape into small balls and
 keep aside.
Pour a little oil using Tupperware Magic Flow in Ultimo Chef Series Frying Pan and pan fry the fritters till golden brown
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot with tomato ketchup/ green chutney.
Variations: Rice can be substituted with leftover dal, rajmah, lobia, kaale channe, chole.
