Leftover Dal Pancakes
Leftover Dal /Sambhar

INGREDIENTS

LeftOver Dal ( and/or Sambhar) 1/2 cup 
each of Wheat flour
Rice flour
a clove of garlic ( grated or finely cut)
 2 green chillies ( finely cut) hing, 
turmeric powder and
 salt to taste 
1/2 tsp. oil AND oil for shallow fry or deep fry

METHOD

Add all the igredients including 1/2 tsp. oil together. Add water if necessary so as to make the mixture like pancakes
( or Uttappam, Dosa, etc). Put a little oil on a griddle and spread 2 tblspns ( or as appropriate) of the mixture.
 Turn and add 2-3 drops of oil at the sides. Serve with Ketchup or cocnut chutney or pickle
