Rangeela Khichdi Pancake
Leftover Green Moong Daal Khichdi

INGREDIENTS

Leftover Green Moong Daal Khichdi- 1 bowl,
 Multigrain flour - 1 bowl,
 Salt to taste, 
red chilli powder -1/2 tsp,
finely chopped ginger-1/2 tsp,
handful of finely chopped coriender leaves,
finely chopped capsicum-1/2 cup,
finely chopped french beans- 1/2 cup,
grated carrot-1/2 cup, 
Water-2 cups.

METHOD

Take khichadi in a big bowl and Mash it nicely. Mix flour in it and beat the mixture gently while adding required water in it.
 When it turns into a smooth flowing batter, then mix all veggies n spices into the bowl properly. 
Heat your tawa and oil it well. Pour a bowlful of liquid mixture on tawa and let it fry till golden brown. 
Turn it upside down n fry another side for a minute with few more drops of oil around the pancake. 
The delicious and healthy pancakes are ready to satisfy your hunger. Serve with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
