chocolate sizzler

chocolate sizzler
chocolate sponge cake(or any other left over cake)

INGREDIENTS

cake 250 gm
 fresh fruits of your choice 1 cup 
cream/malai 1/2 cup 
chocolate (dark) 200 gm
 ice cream vanilla 4 scoopes

METHOD

transfer cream into a pan and bring to a boil remove from fire and add chocolate and 
whisk well till it mix dissolve well heat sizzler plate from 10 min (it should not be too hot otherwise chocolate will get burned) 
TO ASSEMBLE in the sizzler tray put 1/4 of the chocolate mix place cake pieces on it 
with 4 scopes of ice cream put fruits on one side & top it with the remaining chocolate sauce and serve hot with cold ice cream
