Tabbouleh


INGREDIENTS

  • Cracked Wheat (Dalia) -- 1/2 Tropical Twin
  • Fresh Parsley -- 1 Bunch
  • Spring Onion -- 2-3
  • Bell Pepper -- 1
  • Tomatoes -- 1 (large)
  • Lemon Juice -- 1 tea spoon
  • Olive Oil -- 1 tea spoon
  • Mint
  • Salt & Pepper

METHOD

Soak cracked wheat for about 20-25 minutes.
Microwave for 3 minutes uswing Multi Cook. Drain and keep aside.
Clean, wash and chop parsley, spring onion, and mint leaves.
Dessed and chop the tomatoes using Ultimo Knife.
Mix all the ingredients and serve the salad in Tupperwar Clear Bowl
