Left Over Roti phirni

INGREDIENTS

2 left over rotis 4
 cup milk 1 
cup sugar 
few almonds roughly crushed 
4 tablespoon ghee

METHOD

Take a fry pan and add ghee. Then crush roti into small pieces and fry them in ghee till golden crisp.
 Now, remove from the heat, let it cooldown and roughly grind it.
 Take other pan and add milk and bring to a boil and then add grinded roti and mix it well and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with roughly crushed almonds and serve.
