Spicy cucumber Wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • Tortilla -- 2 no
  • Cucumber -- 1 no
  • Hung Curd -- 1 Tropical Twin
  • Bell Pepper (Red) -- 1 (small)
  • Red Chili (fresh) -- 2-3 no.
  • Lemon -- 1 tea spoon
  • Lettuce -- 3-4
  • Salt
  • Pepper

METHOD

Grate cucumber with skin on using Tupperware's Handy Grater and keep aside.
Whip hung curd with lemon juice.
Chop bell pepper and red chillies, mix with hung curd.
Drain the excess water of cucumber and mix well with hung curd adjust the salt and pepper.
Roast tortillas using butter, place some roughly torn lettuce.
Spread cucumber and hung curd mixture on wraps, roll it and serve with salsa or mint chutney.
