Sooji Cupcakes

Sooji Cupcakes
Left over sooji ka halwa

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients 1 cup Left over sooji ka halwa 
100 gm. butter
 5 tablespoons milk powder 
100 gms flour(maida) 
1 tsp. baking powder
 2 tablespoons milk 
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
 1/2 cup finely chopped mango 
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

METHOD

Cream the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl with a wooden spoon till light and fluffy.
 Sift the milk powder into the bowl and continue to mix. Add sooji ka halwa and mix again. Sift maida, 
baking powder, and cinnamon powder into the bowl and mix. Add milk and check and adjust the consistency.
 If the batter is still thick add a little milk and mix. Now, add finely chopped mango and mix a little. Now add cocoa powder 
and mix it well. Pour this batter into the greased moulds or paper cups. Tap the moulds lightly to level the batter. 
Bake for thirty minutes. Then, decorate it with sprinklers & gems Serve hot or cold.
