Cherokee Casserole

Cherokee Casserole 
(For Microwave Cooking)
Use your Large Deep Rock ‘N Serve

1 ½ lbs. Hamburger 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
1 Can Mushrooms 1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp Garlic Powder Pepper to Taste
Saute the above for approximately 10 minutes on stove top and place in your Large Deep Rock ‘N
Serve.

1 Can Cream of Vegetable Soup 1 Can Tomatoes (mashed)
1 ½ Cups Cooked rice
Add the ingredients listed above to your Large Deep Rock ‘N Serve and stir well. Seal your container
and place in the microwave for 10 – 12 minutes on Medium – High power.

6 Cheese Slices
Add your cheese slices, reseal and allow to melt. Remember to leave the vent open while allowing
cheese to melt.
Can be placed in the insulated carrier and toted off to the next picnic or pot-lock.
