Sabzi Sandwich
Left over sabzi
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Left over sabzi
4-5 green chillies finely chopped
1 tablespoon amchur powder
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
olive oil for frying
salt as per taste
4 bread slices
METHOD
Take a fry pan and add 1 tablespoon of oilve oil and add ginger-garlic paste, then add green chillies finely chopped,
and add tomato paste and stir fry it for 5-10 minutes. Then add left over sabzi and mix it well.
Then add black pepper powder, amchur powder and salt as per taste and let it cook for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside.
Now, take two bread slices and place the filling from fry pan in between the bread slices and either place them in sandwich maker
or place them on tawa and add 1 tablespoons of olive oil from the sides of sandwich. Cut in halve and serve.
