Dal Pancakes

Dal Pancakes
left over dal

INGREDIENTS

cup left over dal 
1 tablespoon sooji 
2 tablespoon besan 
salt as per taste 
1 tablespoon black pepper powder 
2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 
4-5 green chillies finely chopped 
oil for shallow frying

METHOD

In a bowl, add left over dal, then add sooji and besan and make a smooth batter. Then add salt, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste,
 black pepper powder and mix it well. Take a tawa and add 1 tablespoon of oil and then put a little of batter and make a pancake and 
shallow fry it from both the sides
