Bread and Chocolate Cake

Bread and Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

7-8 Slices of leftover Bread 10-12 tsp.
 ground sugar 3-4 heaped tsp 
Cocoa powder 3 tsp.
 Custard Powder 2 tsp.
 Cornflour Dash of vanilla essence 
1 egg(optional) 
1/4 tsp soda bicarb(if not using egg) 
1/4 Cup tropical fruit/dried fruits like raisins Almonds and dried fruits for garnishing if not doing icing

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Take the left over bread from Tupperware Bread Box and put in Tupperware Eleganzia or
 Tupperware Clear Bowl and soak in water for 1 minute. 
Take excess water out and add icing sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour, custard powder and soda bicarb. 
If using egg then no need to add soda bicarb. Mix using one of the products of with Tupperware Stir n Serve Set. 
Add the dried fruits and vanilla essence and mix. Pour the mixture into Tupperware Silicone Mould and if not doing icing in the end; 
decorate the top with almonds and some dried fruits. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Your cake is ready to be served!! For Icing In case icing, wait for the cake to cool down. Whip some whipping cream in 
Tupperware Quick Chef. Spread the icing on the cake with a spatula. Top with some fresh berries and decorate the sides of 
the cake with some grated chocolate. Your Delicious Bread and Chocolate Cake is ready.
