Dry Veg on Toast
Leftover Ingredient: Bread & Dry Veg (Gajar aloo, matar aloo, gobhi aloo methi aloo etc.)
Nutritive value: Energy - 237kcal, Protein - 2.5gm, Fat - 3.7gm
INGREDIENTS
Leftover vegetables (stored in Cool ‘n’ Fresh) - 1 Tropical Twin
Bread - 4 slices
Walnuts (chopped) - 4-5
Olives (chopped) - 5-6
Olive oil -1 tbsp
METHOD
Sauté the leftover vegetable in olive oil in Tupperware Chef Series Pan. Add walnuts and olives and sauté for another minute.
Toast the bread slices till crispy brown. Top with vegetables and serve.
Variations - Mix dry veg with Italian seasonings such as oregano, basil and top with grated cheese to give it an interesting twist.
