Tangy Cups
FOR BALLS --- Rice - 1/2 cup Any dry sabji ( if its Aloo sabji than its better) - 1/4 cup

INGREDIENTS

FOR POTATO CREAM – 
Boiled potatoes – 
Black paper powder- 
½ tsp Cream – 
2 tbsp Salt – 
to taste OTHERS --- Tomatoes – 4 fresh
 Grated cheez – 2 tbsp 
Cucumber slices – 8 
Coriender leaves 
Tomato sauce – 
2 tbsp Capsicum slice
 Tobasco sauce – 1 tsp
 Green chillies—3 – 4 
Salt – to taste
 Bread crumbs --- ½ cup

METHOD

How to make potato cream --- 1)Mash boiled potatoes, add cream , salt, black paper powder and mix properly. 
Fill in cone and keep aside. How to make balls-------- 
1)Mash left over rice n left over sabji , add bread crumbs , green chillies, and salt and mix properly.
 2)Make small ballsfrom it and deep fry in oil. 
3)Cool them.
 4)Now in a small bawl take tomato sauce and tobasco sauce mix it and deep each balls and keep for 5 mins.
 5)Ready our red balls. How to assamble --------- 1)Take tomato, cut from middle , scoop out so we get katori shape. 
2)Now fill this scooped tomato with potato cream by a cone. 
3)Put a cucumber slice on it. 
4)Put red ball on it 
5)now on the top put grated cheeze and a coriender leave. 
6)Put a capsicum’s slice in side. 
7)Ready to serve.
