Crispy Left Over Rice and Onion Pakora
Left Over Rice - 2 cups-

INGREDIENTS

Left Over Rice - 2 cups 
Onion - 3 (Chopped) 
Besan / gram flour - 3 small cup 
Rice flour - 1 small cup 
Rava - 1 cup 
Red chilly Powder - 1 tespoon
 Coriander leaves - handful
 Asafoetida (Hing Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon 
Salt to taste 
Oil to fry

METHOD

Take a mixing bowl, Add Left Over Rice sliced onion, besan ( gram flour ),rice flour and Rawa to it.
 Add chilli Powder, salt, hing and coriander leaves finely chopped. Combine well without adding any water.
 Knead the batter gently.Heat oil in a fry pan.Drop the mixture in batches to hot oil
Keep the flame in low medium and deep fry to golden with stirring once in a while.
When the pakoras turn crispy & cooked, remove from oil.Drain it in kitchen tissue.
 Now delicious homemade Crispy Left Over Rice and Onion pakoras are ready. Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
