Tomatoes with curd

Ingredients:

Tomatoes-14 medium sized (cut into four parts)
Curd – 3 cups
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Sugar – 1/4th teaspoon
Green chilies – 2(split)
Curry leaves-5 
Mustard seeds – 1/4th tea spoon
Custard seeds – 1/4th teaspoon
Red chilies – 2 (splits)


Procedure:


Take a thick bottomed pan, heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves. Then add tomatoes fry them for 2 minutes add salt and turmeric powder. Let the tomatoes settle then add sugar and cook for 15 minutes. When tomatoes cooked let the excess water dry. Now tomato curry is ready let this mixture cool then add curd to the above mix.
