Bread Pulao

Bread Pulao
1st and last slice of leftover bread - 4 slice
 Left over plain curd raita - 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS

Chopped onion - 1 medium size 
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp 
Chopped green chilli - 1 
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
 Salt - to taste 
Tomato ketchup - 4 tbsp 
Chopped ginger - 1/4 tsp 
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp 
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD

Put oil in a frying pan and let it heat for 1 minute. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and green chillies. 
Saute for 30 sec. Further add chopped onion and saute for 2 min till it becomes little soft and then add salt and pepper powder. 
Cut the bread slices into small cubes and add to d onion masala. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Mix left over raita, 
tomato ketchup together and add to the bread and mix it well. Serve hot after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
