MANGO KULFI
KHOYA SWEETS- 7-8

INGREDIENTS

1.MILK- 500ML 
2.MANGO- 4-5 
3.SUGAR- 2TBSP 
4.CHOPPED ALMOND- 2TBSP
 5.SAFFRON- 7-8 STRANDS 
6.ELAICHI POWDER- 1/2TSP.

METHOD

1.BOIL MILK,ADD SUGAR,SAFFRON,ALMONDS,ELAICHI POWDER AND MASHED LEFTOVER KHOYA SWEETS.
 2.MIX WELL AND ALLOW TO REDUCE ON LOW FLAME FOR 20 MINUTES. 
3.PRESS MANGOES TO LOOSE THEM,NOW NOTCH THE TOP AND CAREFULLY TAKE OUT THE SEED WITH PULP.
 4.MASHED WELL THE PULP AND AND IT IN PREPARED MILK MIXTURE AND MIX WELL.
 5.NOW PLACE THE OUTER SHELL OF MANGO ON MEDIUM GLASS AND FILL THE MIXTURE IN IT. 
6.ALLOW TO DEEP FREEZE IT FOR 6 HOURS.
 7.NOW HALVE THE MANGOES AND SERVE. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DESSERT TO SERVE AND
 MAKE FROM LEFTOVER SWEETS
