CHAT-PATI WRAPS
leftover whole wheat chapatis, potatoes & green peas filling

INGREDIENTS

4 leftover whole wheat chapatis 
1 1/2 cups mashed boiled potatoes 
1 cup boiled green peas 
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) 
1/2 cup finely chopped onions 
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies 
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
 2 tsp chaat masala
 2 tsp garam masala 
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
 1 tbsp oil salt to taste

METHOD

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. When they crackle, add the onions and sauté till they turn translucent
Add the green chillies and ginger and sauté for one minute. 
Add the potatoes, green peas, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander and salt and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. 
Divide into equal parts and keep aside. 1.Place a portion of potato green peas filling in the centre of a chapati.
 2.Roll up the chapati lightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more wraps 3.Place the chapati wraps on
 a hot tava and cook using a little oil, till the wraps turn golden brown.
