INGREDIENTS
2 Chapatis 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Oil for frying
METHOD
Break the chapati into small squares of 1*1 inch. Heat oil in Tupperware Chef Series Frying Pan.
Deep fry the chapati squares till they become crisp. Onto a kitchen napkin take out the crisp chapati pieces n let the oil drain out.
Place the chapati pieces on a plate and sprinkle on it salt, redchilli powder and chaat masala.
Can be served immediately or can be stored in an air tight container.
Can be served with tea or can also be eaten with raita. Leftover methi thepla can also be used instead of chapati.
