healthy momos

healthy momos
any vegetabels...

INGREDIENTS

leftover veges lk,peas potato.brinjel,carrot etc.. 
salt(to taste) 
pepper(pinch) 
oil(fry) 
atta for rotis

METHOD

first take a pan heat the oil on it just 1tsp,then add all the veges,add salt pinch and peper to it saute for 1min,off the gas now,
make small rotis from atta,put 1 tbs veges on it fold the roti and shape it like momos,deep fry it till golden brown,
serve it with sauce im sure children loves it.thank u
