FISH VADAI

FISH VADAI
Leftover boiled, flaked fish, boiled potatoes

INGREDIENTS

1. 1/2 kg boiled, flaked fish 
2. 2 boiled potatoes
 3. 2 onions, chopped 
4. 3 green chillies, chopped 
5. 10 gms mint leaves, chopped
 6. 1/2teaspoon aniseed 
7. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
 8. 1 teaspoon chilli powder 
9. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 
10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 
11. 1 sprig curry leaves 
12. salt to taste 
13. OIL to deep fry

METHOD

1. Take Boiled flaked fish in a Big Bowl. add the grated boiled potatoes to it. 
3. In a pan, saute aniseed, onions, green chillies, mint leaves, curry leaves and add the fish and potatoes mixture
 4. Add the garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder.
 5. Mix well together and shape into vadas and deep fry. 
6. Serve hot with hot & spicy sauce
